Bridal Shower cake

This was an awesome cake to work with, specially because it was done the good all fashion way, Butter cream frosting with fancy piping on it. The roses are so cool to make and they always look great on cakes. The inspiration came from the party plates, so I matched the colors of the theme of the party, hope they like it as much as I did.

Monkey cake

This was another fun cake to work on, the ideas in my head just could not stop coming out. I did a lot of detail on the bananas to give them a more realistic look. The monkey was done a week in advance so that it could be more or less dry for the day of delivery.
I was given a couple of pictures to work with and then given the option to put my creativity into it. I love the monkey and definitely the bananas. The palm trees have coconuts which also have some detail on them but you can't really see it.

Magical Birthday

This was another special order for a set of twins and two other little girls that share their birthdays on the same day. They wanted something simple but I took it to the next level by making the 3D effects and making the bunnies out of fondant.

Batman Cake

Another Hyde original, this was the cake I made for my oldest boy. This cake was made with rolled fondant too and it was lots of fun to create the city and the road around it. I thought the Batman sign was going to be a pain but it turned out to be easy.
